JustRuns are delighted to announce that we have now partnered with Term Time Fitness to bring you our new beginners running program. This program based on the principles of Couch to 5K is tailored to meet the needs of all you busy Mums and Dads or just about anybody who has set themselves a goal of running 5k before Christmas or sooner.
Its time you did something for you.........
Your Term Time Fitness mentor has experience of taking over 300 people off of the couch and bringing them all the way to their goal of 5k and in many cases beyond.
Beginners running groups are limited to 10 participants to ensure that each participant receives dedicate support and attention so that we can reach our goal which is ensuring that you reach yours.
Our beginners running program is divided into 1 X 3 week block and 1 x 4 week block, €25 for block 1 and €30 for block 2 payable in advance or €50 should you decide to sign up for both blocks in advance.
